Residential to commercial, we offer complete OSDS design services for Frederick and Washington County.  We have experience in designs for repairs on existing lots, new-build lots, septic area relocation, ADU (accessory dwelling unit) septic expansion, and innovative/alternative systems.  Just give us a call and we'll be happy to answer any questions you may have about our design services.

All septic systems have a lifespan.  When the time comes to repair your current system, we provide all septic services needed to get your system back in working order.  From diagnosis to final approval, and everything in between we are certified and fully capable to handle each job no matter the size or complexity. 

When it comes to new installations, we are certified in all system types.  Sand mounds, at-grade mounds, gravel mounds, gravity systems, pump systems, B.A.T systems and more.  There isn't a system we aren't certified for or fully capable of completing.

We work closely with real estate agencies to provide inspections of septic systems in order to protect all parties involved in each real estate transaction.  Whether working for the buyer or seller, we provide a full and thorough inspection in accordance with our certification through the Maryland Onsite Wastewater Professionals Agency (MOWPA).  We take pride in providing an accurate evaluation of your system that we believe to surpass that of other companies, give us a call and we'll be happy to explain why. 

Your septic system should be properly maintained just as any other component of your home.  In order to protect your system, we provide tank pumping services to remove the solids that can otherwise clog your filtration system and in turn reduce the lifespan.  While we're pumping your tank, we'll inspect the tanks structural integrity and crucial components that keep your system in proper working order.    

While our most common work is found in the installation and maintenance of septic systems, we maintain our ability to provide you with the services we cut our teeth on.  Excavation for basements, pools, foundations, clearing of lots and removal of material are just a few of the additional services we provide.
